THE PLAN
Nature Print Paper
Various dried leaves or flowers
Shells or other nature items
cardboard or other hard board
plexiglass or other similar material (I used contact print makers)
Give students reading activity with worksheet. Students will complete this independently.
While students are working on reading, work with a couple of students at a time to create nature prints.
Place nature print paper on cardboard or other hard surface.
Arrange dried leaves/flowers on paper
place plexi or other material on top, sandwiching everything together in place.
Expose to sunlight for 2 minutes, or follow directions listed on paper package.
Rinse in water and lay on paper towel to dry.
Students will be graded using key for worksheet, and will be given participation points for cyanotype.
