Schoology for Elementary

My school district is encouraging use of technology in new ways & I have been introduced to Schoology. I teach PT and plan to use it in the fall for my 1st grade art classes to share info with students and their families. I would like to hear from anyone who teaches elementary art about how you have used Schoology.
