In the hallway outside of my art classroom, I have a little desk with a table cloth and my "Art Applause" box. I leave a few pens and pencils, and the art applause slips out on the table as well. At any time, students, faculty, staff and visitors are welcome to comment on the student's artwork.

I hang their comments next to the artwork for others to see as well. This is a way for the entire school and community to offer positive feedback to my artists, and it also falls on the Marzano scale as a way to offer positive praise and feedback to the students!
