Students will combine two famous pieces of art to create a new one.

THE PLAN
2 sessions; 40 minutes per session

1. SWBAT take two famous paintings and create a new one.

1. Paper
2. Drawing materials (markers, pencils, crayons)
3. Painting materials (paint, brushes, etc.)

Need these materials? Visit Blick!

1. Select two famous paintings. It can be from the same artist or not. (Use google search for reference.)

2. Sketch out your painting, combining design elements from the two originals.

3. Paint or color your "new" painting.
