THE PLAN
Students paint designs, patterns, and textures.
Students experiment with colors and paint to see what kind of textures and patterns they can create.
Paint, any kind
Brushes
paper, tagboard or construction (heavy duty is recommended)
(optional)Tools for creating patterns in paint such as forks, scrappers, sponge rollers etc...
I like to put color families on my different tables, for instance neutrals on one table, primary, cool, warm, etc...
Clean Up
I love to do this at the end of the year to use up some of my old paint, it provides great paper to use in next year's collages and it fun for the kids!
