Students will create a life-size replica of their favorite candy bar with white clay-body and glaze.

-Students will determine which candy bar they would like to sculpt with clay.
-Students will sketch out a template to use during the sculpting stage.
-Students will cut their template, and use the pieces to begin sculpting their candy bar.
-Students will keep in mind the importance of proportion and scale.
-Students will also keep in mind the impact shrinking will have on their project.
-When their candy bar has dried and bisque fired, students will select and mix glaze to use that matches the candy they choose to replicate.
-After the work has been glazed fire, students will photograph their candy bar alongside its inspiration.
