In Art Club I aim to make use of Choice Based Art. This year I am going to have students use this form to propose their idea and work through the creative problem solving adventure. It can also be used for self and teacher assessment. I borrowed the formatting of someone else's worksheet. Thank you for your format. Wish me luck!
