CT Distinguished Teacher Award. In 2008 I received the CT Art Education Association’s Award, Outstanding Elementary Art Educator for significant contributions to art. My Young at Art's curriculum for preschool and kindergarten art was awarded Connecticut's Celebration of Excellence for Creativity in the Classroom.
